8.2. Training Center: Improving Players' Skills

Skill Enhancement. Players improve their skills by spending energy. Higher building levels increase the probability of training additional skills per session.
Expanded Training Slots. Every 5 building levels adds one additional training slot, increasing the number of players that can train simultaneously.
Fame Bonus. Reaching Level 20 grants your team an additional +10% Fame bonus.
NFT Specialists from the Lazy Staff collection influence the effectiveness of player training through their “Coaching” skill.
Number of Skills per Session. The number of skills gained per training session depends solely on the Coaching skill level of the assigned NFT specialist. Without an NFT, every training session grants exactly 1 skill point, regardless of player age or other factors. With an NFT, higher Coaching skill levels provide more skills per session — refer to the in-game training effectiveness table for exact values.
Critical Success. A higher Coaching skill level also increases the chance of a critical success, which adds one extra skill point to the training result. The probability of a critical success is equal to the Coaching skill level. For example, a Coaching skill of 50 gives a 50% chance of triggering a critical success during training.
Probability Distribution. Each +1 Coaching skill increases the chance of receiving the maximum possible number of skills by 1%. The remaining probability is distributed equally among the other possible outcomes. The chance to get the minimum or not-the-minimum value is always split 50/50.
For example:
With a Coaching skill of 66, there is a 66% chance to receive the maximum number of skills per session. The remaining 34% is split evenly between the other outcomes:
If two other outcomes: 17% / 17%
If three: 11.3% / 11.3% / 11.3%, etc.
The table below shows how many skills a player gains per training session based on two factors: Player’s age (from 10 to 16) and Coaching skill level (divided into ranges, from 0–5 up to 96–100).
Note: Players with 20 or less energy cannot be assigned to training!
Free Training. Players undergo a standard 23-hour training session for free. Energy is deducted only after the session is completed.
Instant Training. This option allows you to complete training immediately by spending Gems. The cost starts at 1 Gem and increases by +1 Gem with each additional instant training within the same day (UTC time).
Removing from Training. You can cancel training at any moment before it finishes by using the “Remove” button. In this case, no energy is consumed.
The Reports section in the Training Center lets you review all completed and ongoing training sessions. Use it to track player development, spot training patterns, and plan your next improvements more strategically.
