Collection Overview

Lazy Alpha is the genesis collection in Lazy Football, consisting of 1,010 NFTs originally minted on Solana in May 2022 at an initial price of $35 per NFT (available on Tensor Trade).

As of August 2024, the official bridge to Arbitrum is fully operational, and the collection is actively traded in the Arbitrum ecosystem. We strongly recommend using the in-game marketplace for the highest liquidity and most listings, but you can also find Lazy Alpha NFTs on Element marketplace.

Distribution of Rarity

  • Common: 650 NFT

  • Uncommon: 200 NFT

  • Rare: 100 NFT

  • Epic: 40 NFT

  • Legendary: 10 NFT

  • Mythic: 10 NFT

Breeding and Creating New NFTs

Breeding allows you to combine two Lazy Alpha NFTs to create a new Lazy Staff NFT.

The rarity of the resulting NFT depends on the rarity of both parent NFTs, as shown in the table below. After breeding, both participating Lazy Alpha NFTs and the newly created Lazy Staff NFT enter a 72-hour cooldown period and cannot be used for additional upgrades or breeding during this time.

The cost of breeding is paid in Gems, which can be bought from Market and received from Lazy Boxes and Packs. To further strengthen the model, the cost of breeding may be increased in the future to maintain deflationary pressure if necessary. Notably, creating a Legendary Lazy Staff NFT from scratch requires 16 Common Lazy Staff NFTs and 160 Gems.

If, over time, demand for Lazy Staff or Lazy Alpha NFTs turns out to be lower than expected, the project is prepared to introduce new burn mechanics to exchange unwanted NFTs for other valuable in-game assets.

Cost Details and Probability of Obtaining a Particular Breeding Outcome

The table below shows the cost in Gems and the probability of receiving each Lazy Staff rarity when breeding two Lazy Alpha NFTs of specified rarities.

The breeding cost increases by 35% with each breeding due to the heating coefficient, and then decreases by 15% every 24 hours until it returns to the base price shown in the table (it never drops below this minimum).

The current heating coefficient for each Lazy Alpha is displayed in the in-game Inventory as well as on the in-game marketplace.

Process and Results

When breeding, half of the resulting Lazy Staff’s skill points are distributed randomly, while the other half can be manually allocated by the manager to best suit your strategy.

Probability table and Breeding prices of Lazy Football

Column Descriptions

  • Rarity: This column lists possible breeding combinations using Lazy Alpha NFTs of various rarities. Rarities are indicated as C (Common), U (Uncommon), R (Rare), E (Epic), L (Legendary), M (Mythic).

  • Result Probability: The columns L (Legendary), E (Epic), R (Rare), U (Uncommon), C (Common) display the probability of obtaining a Lazy Staff NFT of the corresponding rarity as a result of breeding. This data helps players assess their chances of acquiring high-rarity NFTs based on the rarity of the Lazy Alpha NFTs used for breeding.

  • Gems: This column shows the base number of Gems required for breeding. The value is presented with a heating coefficient of 1, indicating the standard cost of breeding without adjustments for cost increases or decreases resulting from previous breedings.

Example of the Breeding Process in Lazy Football

Initial Data: In this example, two Lazy Alpha NFTs of Common rarity are used (C + C according to the table above).

Breeding two Common Lazy Alpha NFTs for 10 Gems

Probabilities of Obtaining NFTs of Various Rarities

  • Legendary: 0.1%

  • Epic: 0.2%

  • Rare: 0.3%

  • Uncommon: 4.4%

  • Common: 95%

Process and Results

  • Heating Coefficient (mechanism that regulates the cost of certain operations): The breeding was conducted with a basic heating coefficient of 1, indicating that there were no previous increases in breeding costs due to recent operations.

  • Breeding Outcome: As a result of the breeding, a Common rarity Lazy Staff NFT was obtained. The probability of this outcome was 95%, making this result the most likely among the possible options, considering the rarity of the original NFTs.

This example demonstrates how the probabilities listed in the breeding table are realized in practice. Understanding these probabilities helps players strategically plan their NFT management actions, anticipate possible outcomes, and optimize their resources to achieve the best results.
