🦥6.4. Youth Academy: Developing Young Talents

Main Functions

The Youth Academy is where your team’s future stars begin their journey. All incoming players are 21 years old and have the potential to become key players in your lineup.

• Minimum Power Growth. Each level of the Youth Academy increases the minimum Power of new players joining the team.

• Arrival Frequency & Player Limit. Every 5 levels increases the number of players received per season and reduces the waiting time between arrivals.

Refer to the table for minimum Power values and seasonal player limits by Academy level.

Working with NFT Specialists

NFTs from the Lazy Staff collection with the Scouting skill increase the maximum Power of new players joining from the Youth Academy.

In addition, the rarity of the NFT affects the minimum Power of the player.

Final Player Power Calculation

Minimum Power = [Base Player Power] + [Rarity Bonus]

Maximum Power = [Minimum Player Power] + [Scouting Skill Impact]

Example:

At Youth Academy level 19, base minimum Power is 390. If you assign a Legendary NFT, minimum Power becomes 440. If that NFT has Scouting skill 47, and the value from the table is +82, then: Maximum Power = 390 + 50 + 82 = 522

Player Position Selection and Search Process

You can assign a position line to the player being scouted.

The position can be changed at any time before the search is completed. The position of the player you will eventually receive is highlighted in yellow.

After the search is completed, the player’s position can no longer be changed. However, you can cancel the scouting to reset it — starting a new search will take the full duration depending on your Academy level.

When a player is found, use "Claim Player" option to add them to your team.

Academy Levels and Scouting Duration

• Level 20 → 7 days per search Up to 4 players can be found in 28 days (a bit more than half a season).

• Levels 19–15 → 8–12 days per search Up to 3 players can be found in 24–36 days.

• Levels 14–10 → 13–17 days per search Up to 2 players can be found in 26–34 days.

• Levels 9–5 → 18–22 days per search 1 player can be found in 18–22 days.
