Main Functions 
The Youth Academy is where your team’s future stars begin their journey. All incoming players are 21 years old and have the potential to become key players in your lineup.
Minimum Power Growth. Each level of the Youth Academy increases the minimum Power of new players joining the team.
Arrival Frequency & Player Limit. Every 5 levels increases the number of players received per season and reduces the waiting time between arrivals.
Refer to the table for minimum Power values and seasonal player limits by Academy level.
Working with NFT Specialists
NFTs from the Lazy Staff collection with the Scouting skill increase the maximum Power of new players joining from the Youth Academy.
In addition, the rarity of the NFT affects the minimum Power of the player.
Final Player Power Calculation
Minimum Power = [Base Player Power] + [Rarity Bonus]
Maximum Power = [Minimum Player Power] + [Scouting Skill Impact]

Example:
At Youth Academy level 19, base minimum Power is 390. If you assign a Legendary NFT, minimum Power becomes 440. If that NFT has Scouting skill 47, and the value from the table is +82, then: Maximum Power = 390 + 50 + 82 = 522
Player Position Selection
Before the next player arrives, you can choose:
A position line (Defender, Midfielder, Forward)
A specific side (Left, Center, Right, Defensive, Attacking)
Or select “Any” to receive a player in a random position
