Main Functions
Unions are player associations designed to boost communication, foster collaboration, and unlock collective rewards. Any player can create a union — there are no requirements or entry fees. Unions can be public (open to all) or private (membership managed by the creator or officers). Each union can include up to 50 members.
Structure, Roles & Management
Roles: Each union consists of ordinary members, officers, and a master (union creator). The master can delegate leadership to any member.
Management: All union interactions, including joining, accepting, or removing members, are managed via the Community Center.
Type: The union type (public/private) is selected at creation but can be changed later.
Union Rating
Rating formation: The rating of the Union is determined by the sum of the ratings of its participants earned in official matches.
Match importance: Top-level matches, like the Champions League finals, bring more points than matches in the top divisions.
Scoring System
Points are awarded using standard football rules: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and none for a loss.

From Season 6 onwards:
Union rewards are paid in Scout Insights, a key in-game asset for crafting new players. All unions reaching at least 1000 points in a season and having 10+ members at the moment of distribution qualify for rewards.
Reward Pool Distribution
The total union reward pool is split among qualifying unions using a geometric progression — each subsequent place receives 20% less than the previous, regardless of their points.
Within each union, rewards are divided:
50% split equally among all members
50% distributed proportionally to each member’s individual season points
For example, in Season 6, the union reward pool consists of 86,974 Scout Insights out of a total seasonal pool of 289,914 Insights (the remainder is distributed for individual achievements).
