Registration

Getting started is simple: in-game and, if you wish to access blockchain features (NFTs, asset trading for USDC), connect your preferred wallet (we recommend ).

Note: Linking your wallet to your account is permanent and one-way — one account equals one wallet.

Coming soon: You’ll be able to manage multiple teams from a single account!

Team Setup

After registration, your team’s name automatically matches your username. The badge and kit are assigned randomly. All these elements (team name, username, badge, and kit) can be changed later in the Office building, so you’ll have full customization options as your club develops.

Standard Starting Roster

Each new team receives a squad of 22 players with the following structure:

  • 2 Goalkeepers (GK)

  • 2 Left Defenders (LD)

  • 4 Center Defenders (CD)

  • 2 Right Defenders (RD)

  • 2 Left Midfielders (LM)

  • 4 Center Midfielders (CM)

  • 2 Right Midfielders (RM)

  • 4 Center Forwards (CF)

Free Welcome Pack:

Every new player receives a free Welcome Pack in the “Inventory” section. This pack contains a 21-year-old Center Forward (CF) with Power between 280–320, instantly boosting your starting lineup.

Referral Bonus:

If you registered using a referral link, you’ll also find a Starter Pack in your inventory. This pack includes a 21-year-old player with Power between 280–320, assigned to a random position — providing even more depth and flexibility for your new team.

Player Age Distribution

Each new team is generated with players distributed as follows:

  • 1 players aged 21

  • 2 players aged 22

  • 3 players aged 23

  • 3 players aged 24

  • 4 players aged 25

  • 3 players aged 26

  • 3 players aged 27

  • 2 player aged 28

  • 1 player aged 29

This setup ensures your squad has a realistic age curve, with both promising younger players and a few veterans.

Key Player Parameters

  • Initial total team Power: 5000 points

  • Each player’s Power: 200–300 points at start

  • Player career: Players age by 1 year after each season

  • Player energy: All players start with 100% energy. After each season, energy resets to 80% + Fitness Center bonus. Younger players recover faster and improve more quickly; older players recover more slowly and tire more quickly.

Player Retirement

Players retire according to age and position. Each position has its own retirement range:

  • GK: 30–32 years

  • CD, DM: 30–31 years

  • LD, LB, LM, CM, RM, RB, RD: 29–31 years

  • LW, RW, AM, CF: 29–30 years

The chance of retirement is always the same for each year within the range for that position.

When a player is set to retire at the end of the season, an “R” will appear next to their name during their final year.

Personalization & Future Plans

  • Names: All players start with fictional names.

  • Multi-team management: Soon, you’ll be able to manage multiple clubs from a single account—expand your football empire!

  • Easy onboarding: Your starting squad is balanced and ready to compete from day one.

  • Position flexibility: In the future, we plan to allow certain players to master multiple positions, adding even more depth to squad building and tactics.

  • Regional nationalities: We are also considering introducing nationalities for players based on the unique regions of the Lazy Football world, making team identity and scouting even more interesting.

Summary

Lazy Football makes starting your managerial journey easy and fair. Your team comes with a full squad and realistic age structure, and you’ll soon have even more customization options as the game evolves.
