🦥8.3. Fitness Center: Player Recovery
Main Functions
The Fitness Center is used to recover energy lost in official matches (8–12%) and training sessions (6–10%).
Recovery Efficiency. Each level of the building increases the recovery cap by +1%, starting from 81% at level 1 and reaching 100% at level 20.
Overcharge Capability. Players can be charged above 100%. The cap increases with building level — from 101% at level 1 to 120% at level 20.
Capacity Expansion: Every 5 levels increases the number of players who can recover simultaneously by one.
Team Fame Bonus: Reaching level 20 grants a +10% Fame boost.
Energy Consuming and Recovery Features
Age Influence:
The base energy recovery rate per visit is 8%.
Players aged 10–11 recover 20% faster.
Players aged 15–16 recover 20% slower.
End-of-Match Consumption:
Energy is consumed proportionally to minutes played.
Example: if a player was on the field for only 30% of the match, they lose 70% less energy than those who played the full 100%.
Start-of-Season & Injury Recovery:
At the start of a new season or after recovering from an injury, players receive energy equal to 80% + your Fitness Center level. For example: Level 1 = 81%, Level 20 = 100%.
Charging Beyond 100%:
The Fitness Center enables charging players above 100% to prepare for intense match cycles. Level 1 cap = 101%.

NFT Specialists from the Lazy Staff collection enhance energy recovery via the “Physiotherapy” skill. The higher the skill, the faster and more efficiently energy is recovered.
Refer to the in-game table to track exact values for each level.

Additional Options
Instant Recovery. Instantly recover energy using Gems. The first operation each day (UTC) costs 1 Gem, with each additional use costing +1 Gem.
Player Removal. Players can be removed from recovery at any time using the “Remove” button.
