8.3. Fitness Center: Player Recovery

Main Functions

The Fitness Center is used to recover energy lost in official matches (8–12%) and training sessions (6–10%).

  • Recovery Efficiency. Each level of the building increases the recovery cap by +1%, starting from 81% at level 1 and reaching 100% at level 20.

  • Overcharge Capability. Players can be charged above 100%. The cap increases with building level — from 101% at level 1 to 120% at level 20.

  • Capacity Expansion: Every 5 levels increases the number of players who can recover simultaneously by one.

  • Team Fame Bonus: Reaching level 20 grants a +10% Fame boost.

Energy Consuming and Recovery Features

Age Influence:

  • The base energy recovery rate per visit is 8%.

  • Players aged 10–11 recover 20% faster.

  • Players aged 15–16 recover 20% slower.

End-of-Match Consumption:

  • Energy is consumed proportionally to minutes played.

Example: if a player was on the field for only 30% of the match, they lose 70% less energy than those who played the full 100%.

Start-of-Season & Injury Recovery:

  • At the start of a new season or after recovering from an injury, players receive energy equal to 80% + your Fitness Center level. For example: Level 1 = 81%, Level 20 = 100%.

Charging Beyond 100%:

  • The Fitness Center enables charging players above 100% to prepare for intense match cycles. Level 1 cap = 101%.

    ... Level 20 cap = 120%.

Working with NFT Specialists

NFT Specialists from the Lazy Staff collection enhance energy recovery via the “Physiotherapy” skill. The higher the skill, the faster and more efficiently energy is recovered.

Refer to the in-game table to track exact values for each level.

Additional Options

  • Instant Recovery. Instantly recover energy using Gems. The first operation each day (UTC) costs 1 Gem, with each additional use costing +1 Gem.

  • Player Removal. Players can be removed from recovery at any time using the “Remove” button.
