# 6.3. Fitness Center: Player Recovery

The Fitness Center is used to recover energy lost in official matches (8–12%) and training sessions (6–10%).

* **Recovery Efficiency.** Each level increases the recovery cap by 1% — from 81% at level 1 up to 100% at level 20.
* **Charging Capability.** Players can be charged above 100% in the Fitness Center. The cap increases with building level — from 101% at level 1 to 120% at level 20. Useful for keeping players match-ready during busy competition periods. Refer to the "Fitness Center upgrade information" table below.
* **Capacity Expansion:** Every 5 levels increases the number of players who can recover simultaneously by one.

### Energy Consuming Features

Energy is a key parameter that affects player's accessibility and performance in matches.

It is consumed during **both training sessions** and **official matches.**\
The rate of energy loss depends on a **player’s age** and the **number of matches played in a row.**

### Energy Recovery in Fitness Center

**Age Influence:**

* The base recovery rate per session is 8 energy points.
* Players aged 21–23 recover 20% more than base.
* Players aged 24–26 recover by base 8 points.
* Players aged 27+ recover 20% less than base.

**Start-of-Season & Injury Recovery:**

* At the start of a new season or after recovering from an injury, players receive energy equal to 80% + your Fitness Center level. For example: Level 1 = 81%, Level 20 = 100%.

**Charging Beyond 100%:**

* The Fitness Center enables charging players above 100% to prepare for intense match cycles.\
  Level 1 cap = 101%.

  ...\
  Level 20 cap = 120%.

For example, a specialist with a skill level of 50 will increase energy recovery efficiency by 30%.

### Additional Options

* **Instant Recovery.** Instantly recover energy using Gems. The first operation each day (UTC) costs 1 Gem, with each additional use costing +1 Gem.
* **Player Removal.** Players can be removed from recovery at any time using the “Remove” button.
