# 11. Scout Insights: Crafting a Player Scout Insights are a special in-game asset used to **craft new players** directly into your team.

They can't be traded, but you can collect and spend them strategically — making Scout Insights a key part of Lazy Football's long-term player development system. *** ### How to Get Scout Insights * **From** [**packs**](/how-to-lazy-football/market/packs.md)**:** Found in Free, Classic, Welcome, Insights and Influence Packs. * **From seasonal results:** Top-performing teams receive Reward packs that include Scout Insights. * Once claimed, Scout Insights are stored in your account balance. *** ### How Crafting Works You can **spend Scout Insights** to generate a new player in the Crafting game section. The more you spend, the higher the player’s potential power — but also the older they will be.

**Players crafted from Scout Insights are linked to a currently selected Manager's team.** * Crafted player's position is random. * Player's power and age depend on the amount of Scout Insights used for crafting. * Only **one player is generated per crafting action**. * In the future, Insight costs or ranges may change — they are subject to game balance updates. *** ### Crafting Ranges All outcomes for same Insight Cost have equal probability. The stronger the player, the older he will be — so choose wisely. Players that can be crafted via Insights are split into 6 tiers: * Tier 1 players cost 2500 Scout Insights. * Tier 2 players cost 1000 Scout Insights. * Tier 3 players cost 500 Scout Insights. * Tier 4 players cost 250 Scout Insights. * Tier 5 players cost 100 Scout Insights. * Tier 6 players cost 50 Scout Insights.
