Buildings and NFT specialists are at the heart of your club’s evolution in Lazy Football. There are six core buildings, each upgradeable from level 1 to 20, unlocking new features, increased efficiency, and powerful strategic bonuses as your club grows.

1. Office

The control center of your club. Here you can manage your club roster, settings, finances, and customize your team’s badge, kit, and name.

2. Training Center

Allows you to run training sessions to improve player skills and overall team performance.

Upgrades: available

Lazy Staff NFT: "Coaching" skill.

3. Fitness Center

Focuses on energy recovery and charging of players. Higher Fitness Center levels speed up energy recovery.

Upgrades: available

Lazy Staff NFT: "Physiotherapy" skill.

4. Youth Academy

Develops young talents for your team. New players are generated here and can later join your main squad.

Upgrades: available

Lazy Staff NFT: "Scouting" skill.

5. Medical Center

Allows you to view upcoming games, set your lineup, review past matches, and manage stadium upgrades.

Upgrades: available

Lazy Staff NFT: "Medicine" skill.

6. Stadium

Allows you to view upcoming games, set your lineup, review past matches, and manage stadium upgrades.

Upgrades: available

Lazy Staff NFT cannot be assigned.

7. Community Center

Allows you to browse and join Unions, find friends, and arrange friendly matches.

Community Center cannot be upgraded and can have no Lazy Staff NFT assigned.

8. Market

Allows you to buy and sell packs, players, NFTs, and in-game assets such as Gems or Boxes.

Market cannot be upgraded and has no Lazy Staff NFT assigned.

Levels and Upgrade Costs

  • Six of the eight buildings can be upgraded from level 1 to level 20.

  • Upgrade cost depends on the building type and level.

For example:

  • Office and Stadium upgrades start at 60,000 LAZY for level 2 and reach up to 2,500,000 LAZY for level 20.

  • Other upgradable buildings start at 25,000 LAZY and go up to 1,000,000 LAZY at level 20.

Construction time increases with each level:

  • From 24 hours for level 2.

  • Up to 105 hours for level 20.

Building Construction Acceleration

  • You can speed up building upgrades by spending Gems, the game’s premium currency.

  • Speeding up allows you to instantly complete upgrades and get advantages faster.

  • The cost of instant completion is 1 Gem per building level. For example, accelerating level 8 costs 8 Gems, and accelerating level 20 costs 20 Gems.

Building Construction Management

When construction of a building begins, the control panel changes to show:

  • Cancel construction button: Stops the construction process. Already spent resources are not refunded.

  • Progress bar: Shows the remaining time for construction completion.

  • Instant completion button: Allows you to finish construction instantly by spending Gems.

Important: Only one building can be under construction at a time.

Building Downgrades

  • Buildings can be downgraded to optimize your club’s income and expenses.

  • Downgrading is instant but non-refundable — you do not get back LAZY spent on upgrades.
